30 Minute Non-Barbell Class

No Experience - On-Ramp
One-On-One Coaching
All athletes joining CFM with limited experience will start with a one-on-one on-ramp session with a CFM coach.
Proper Technique
Our On-Ramp sessions will help you build the skills you'll need to move forward safely.
Scaled Workouts
As part of the On-Ramp program, all athletes will participate in scaled workouts to get you acclimated.
Graduation
After a few sessions, you'll be ready to join our regular CFM classes.

If you're coming to us from another CrossFit gym and demonstrate a good understanding of proper movement, you'll jump right in to our CFM classes.
