A. Power Clean

1 Power Clean then 5sec. decent back down to the ground (x2)

x10 minutes working on weights around RPE of 7-8

B. Workout

30 minutes on the clock for max rounds

400m run (200m shuttle run x 2)

20 sit ups

20 russain kb swings

rest :60 bt. rounds
