2 = (+1) from last week P-bar dips or weighted dips

3 = Single leg elevated hip thrust x 5-7/side

4 = bent over rear delt flies

B. Workout

5 DB DL (don't hit the ground)

10 push ups, elevated

10 walking lunge steps

200-300m sprint

rest 3:00

acquire 5 minutes of a plank hold
