This seminar will go over all aspects of self-care to maintain shoulder health for overhead athletes and crossfitters alike. It will include basic shoulder anatomy relevant to Crossfit/Weightlifting, self-screens for common mobility deficits, demonstration and group practice of various mobility/stability drills to improve overall shoulder health, and modifications to exercise for pain-free pressing.
