Core Stability for Performance and Low Back Health

This seminar will focus on research-based core stability training to improve performance in the gym and to help prevent low back related injuries. It will include a brief lecture on basic anatomy of core musculature, the role of the “core” during exercise/weightlifting, as well as demonstration and group practice of core stability drills for each plane of movement.
