The CFM Wellness Committee is proud to present:

The CFM Spring 6-Week Wellness Challenge

Dates: Sunday, April 14th - Sunday, May 26th

Cost: Free to members

The objective of the CFM Spring Wellness Challenge (SWC) is to offer our members an environment to foster competitive individual healthy lifestyle change. Rather than focus on weight loss, the WWC will encourage participants to examine specific behaviors that may be holding them back from achieving optimal health.

Each participant will be assigned an accountability captain. They will be asked to select a personal health goal they would like to work on. In addition, they will be asked to journal their food/beverage/exercise as well as check in weekly with their captain. A private closed Facebook will be created with the dual intention of sharing both educational material and encouraging engagement among participants.

The kick off meeting & lifestyle lecture will be held Sunday, April 14th at 11:00 am.

We need a minimum of 15 participants to run the challenge.
