Over the last 6 years, I have thrown myself into the sport of fitness. Since then I have grown as a coach, an athlete, and a human being. Through Crossfit I have learned to build relationships with people and find the best path to help them with their fitness journey. As an athlete, I have tapped into something that I did not know was there. Growing up I was always second string and never felt like I had what it takes to be on the Varsity team. Through hard work and determination, I have realized my potential as an athlete. I use that to inspire those around me and help them find their motivation to be the best they can be as a person and as an athlete.
“…I know how important it is in life not necessarily to be strong but to feel strong, to measure yourself at least once, to find yourself at least once…” – Primo Levi
