Single leg elevated hip thrust x 10/side

DB tricep french press x10 (add weight) or 2-3 HsPU

side delt raise (alternating w/ isometric hold) x 4/side

C. Part 2

10 DB dead lifts

5 burpees

400m difficult run

rest / walk for :30-:45 seconds

x18-20 minutes
