Thirty days of stretching Challenge!

From Thursday, January 3 until Saturday, Feb 2 sign up for the free 30
Day challenge. The winner who has the most days of stretching wins a 1-hour massage with Justin!

Rules:
Stretching for at least 15 mins each day you are at the gym.

The stretching can be before or after your workout. Place a sticker next to your name and date. This is based on word of honor.

The member with the most stretches wins!

We will do weekly prizes as well. Come and see!

Why should you care?
When we stretch during the 30 min class we are also doing movements that strengthen our muscles.

Strong muscles do more than look good. They also protect us from conditions like arthritis and back pain and help prevent falls in elderly people. Using combination stretching with yoga poses we build strength and balance it with flexibility. If you just come to the gym and lifted weights, you might build strength at the expense of flexibility. 15 mins a day of basic movements can make a tremendous difference.
