B. Trap bar Dead lift

then

drop 15% and do 6-8x2 - slow and controlled, no bouncing

C1. Front delt raise x10x3

C2. Lateral dB box step overs x8/side x 3

D. Leg day Intervals

10 goblet squats @ 100/70# DB

:20 wall sit @ 100/70# DB

100 (unweighted walking lunge)
