A. EZ bar box squats

x6 reps x 5 sets same weight as last week

B. Dead lift

from 3" risers

tough 5 reps w/ 3 sec. lower each time

then

drop 10% and do 1 rep , rest :45x4

C1. KB Russian step ups x10/side x 3

C2. Laying heal slide in's x10x3
