What is CrossFit?

The definition of Crossfit says everything: Crossfit is constantly varied, high intensity functional movement. It is not a specialized fitness program. It is broad, general and inclusive and a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains: cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. Just come in for one our classes and you will understand. If you think you can’t Crossfit, we want to prove you wrong. CrossFit is a program for everyone. There is no such thing as getting in shape for CrossFit, as we dedicate ourselves and our programs on progressing each person no matter what their fitness level is and or what their history is.
Crossfit is a unification of health and fitness and a community of people who enjoy each other’s company and workout together. It’s a social phenomena instead of headphones, lone wolf, keep it to yourself in a treadmill at low intensity. The equipment is different, the interaction of the people is different, the movements are different than you see in a commercial gym and therefore you see different results. All you need to do is show up, give it your best and the rest takes care of itself. Our dedicated world class coaches and other athletes are here to support you and push you thru every step of the way. We will make you better version of yourself. Period. Our goal is to help people of all fitness levels improve their quality of life. All it takes is to walk through our doors and say hello, and we will get you set up and ready to go.
