Did you know CFM has a gymnastics class?!
This class meets twice a week, every Tuesday at 5:30 pm and every Wednesday at 8:00 am.
This class is designed for athletes of all levels. If you want to get your first pull up or perfect your muscle ups, you will benefit from this class! Just like in our normal CFM classes, all movements can be scaled to your ability. Having a dedicated gymnastics class allows us to go more in-depth on certain movements, as well as expose athletes to movements they would not normally see in regular class, such as lever holds and planches. If you are looking to improve your mobility, increase your gymnastics strength and skill, or even just strengthen your core, this class is for you!
