Core & Flexibility Classes!

For the next 8 weeks, we will be offering
30 minute free classes for CFM members only.

Monday’s at 7:30-8:00 am
Thursdays at 5:30-6:00 pm

Stretching, Mobility and Stability movements specific to daily activities as well as CFM movements. These classes are great for all levels. Maintain your hard work with these preparatory and recovery movements.

Week 1: Shoulder
Week 2: Thoracic and lumbar spine
Week 3: Glutes and psoas
Week 4: Knees
Week 5: Ankles and Feet
Week 6: Stress and meditation
Week 7: Inner and outer thigh
Week 8: Lateral Movement muscle groups
