I grew up in Waterbury, CT, and began lifting (mostly doing biceps) in my parents’ basement at 15. From there my love for strength training grew with some help from my father and brother, whom I followed in and out of their football training seasons. Having a love for physiology from high school, I studied Kinesiology at UMass Amherst where I earned a bachelor’s. As a teaching assistant at UMass, I instructed students in and out of the lab in exercise testing and programming. In my spare time, I help train my friends, and I aspire to transition into a more professional role as a coach at CMF.
Out of the gym, I enjoy vegan food and have a strong enthusiasm for yard games.
