Every week CFM will post a gymnastics WOD for you to complete. This is something you can do before or after class. The WOD will be posted every Monday on the CFM IG page and written on the white board at CFM. Some of them will have a time component and others will be to simply just complete. The purpose of this is to test and strengthen your gymnastics skills outside of what we do in class alone. Feel free to post your times and result to the page or on the white board. It can also be done multiple times a week to try and beat your own score or to improve your technique. This will begin Monday, February 19th.
