3 Goals for Next Season

Hey guys! This will be a short post today. Now that the Crossfit Games have concluded, the 2018 season begins for all of us. You don’t have to be a competitor to have fitness feats you’d like to accomplish. I challenge all of you, whether you are a Regional/Games competitor, an individualized programming client, or an everyday class member, to sit down and write 3 goals you’d like to accomplish this season. It could be to lose 5 pounds or snatch 185 or do your first muscle up. Whatever it is, good things will happen if you have something to strive for. I ask that everyone reading this writes down their 3 goals and show them to me. You can meet me at the gym or email them to jeff@crossfitmilford.com. I’d love to help you do something you never have before.
