Drink Water Yesterday

As the weather is getting hotter this summer, I am already hearing about battles with cramping during workouts. The issue with this is most commonly dehydration. At this point during the class, the cramp is just something that will have to be dealt with because the only real way to combat the problem is by drinking more water yesterday. So I want this short message to serve as a reminder to be diligent with your hydration on a daily basis. We can’t stop the summer from getting hotter but we can stop all of those gnarly muscle cramps from creeping up while we’re performing at high intensities.
