The ladies are gettin it done...

Watch out for this guy.... watch out...
Keep in mind that the gym will be closed this Friday night (no 5:30/6:30 pm classes) and Saturday/Sunday. The on ramp class will have a make up session that they are missing Friday night. This time and day will be worked out on Wednesday with all athletes.
April 3 is our nutritional 201 lecture for all athletes. This is also the kick off for our "Get Fit for life" challenge, and if you plan on participating this will be a meeting that you will need to be at. The meeting will be start at 10:30 am and last for 90 minutes.
Don't forget that April 18th is the "Walk for MS" in Westport, CT. We have a direct link on our site for Jay Cedor's team "Jay Walkers.'
"Men talk as if victory were something fortunate. Work is victory." Ralph Waldo Emerson
The movement standards are posted on the games site with video. We will be putting together heat assignments within the next day and we will have that posted at CFM for the early registration. All volunteers and judges should have received an email for Saturday. If not, all volunteers should be here by 7 am on Saturday and all judges need to be here and ready to go for 7:30 am sharp. The judges meeting will kick off at exactly 7:30 am, if you are a judge please be here by 7 am ready to go!

The 18th Annual Leprechaun 5 Miler
Including Fitness walk and Kids Fun Run
March 21, 2010
The Leprechaun 5-Miler is the first serious race of the year on the Shoreline, and as such we are fortunate enough to draw many runners from throughout the State. Runners are an excellent demographic niche to market to, and with our race our Sponsors have the rare opportunity to be the 'only game in town' to saturate the market with their brands.
Special Shoreline Sponsorships:
In these tough times, the Child Abuse Prevention work enabled by the Madison Exchange Club takes on even greater urgency, and the support of local businesses is even more vital to our success. We will work hard with each of our Sponsors to support your business, and we will apply our creative skills to assist your business in attaining your outreach goals.
SPONSORS: Please contact Jonathan Snyder at jonathanesnyder@yahoo.com or 203-815-2497
